IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the information systems strategy and policy for Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris
• Manage the maintenance, security, and backup of all IT systems and data (GDPR compliance)
• Oversee the management of servers, PCs, laptops, mobile fleets, and iPads
• Lead and manage a team including an assistant, an apprentice, and external service providers
• Define and monitor IT budgets, manage tenders, and handle procurement
• Conduct IT systems auditing and provide technical assistance and supervision
• Coordinate with the General Manager and business teams to identify and implement technological needs
• Support the implementation of the hotel's strategic plan in alignment with the Accor Group

Requirements

• Engineering degree, Bac +4, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong knowledge of Cisco hardware and VLAN management
• Proficiency with Windows (2012/16/19), Windows 10/11, Mac, and Hyper-V virtualization
• Experience with hospitality systems such as Opera PMS, Silverware POS, and Fortiwifi
• Fluency in English
• Proven ability in team management and budget oversight
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage pressure and urgent technical issues
