IT Logistics Lead

Responsibilities

• Own APAC IT logistics operations from Singapore, including receiving, tagging, staging, secure storage, cycle counts, and hardware fulfillment
• Manage APAC hardware procurement vendor relationships and oversee regional contractors
• Own the APAC High-risk travel program end-to-end, including intake, tracking, and reporting
• Manage the Oomnitza asset management environment, ensuring data quality, audit readiness, and technical enhancements
• Use AI, automation, and APIs to improve logistics processes, reconcile asset data, and reduce manual work
• Partner with IT Support, Procurement, Finance, Security, and People Operations to improve the employee hardware experience

Requirements

• Experience leading IT logistics, hardware lifecycle, inventory, or asset management operations in a fast-moving environment
• Strong hands-on inventory discipline, including receiving, staging, cycle counts, and shipping/returns workflows
• Experience with Oomnitza or comparable asset management systems
• Technical experience building or improving system integrations using APIs, webhooks, or workflow orchestration tools
• AI fluency or practical experience using AI-enabled tools to improve operational workflows and documentation
• Vendor management experience across procurement, repairs, and regional shipping constraints
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore five days per week, including hands-on hardware handling and stockroom work
