IT Logistics and Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centres
• Manage the call-off process to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery
• Coordinate planning for installations and deployments across multiple sites with business stakeholders
• Support the Procurement team in managing inventory levels and identifying stock challenges
• Assist with asset transfers and drive process improvements across logistics and supply chain operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues
• Manage customs broking and paperwork for importing and exporting goods across global markets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data centre environments
• Demonstrable experience improving, streamlining, and documenting processes
• Proven track record of managing vendors and coordinating third-party services
• Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Experience as a project manager and resource planner
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Fluent in English
