IT Logistics and Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centers
• Manage the call-off process to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery
• Coordinate installation and deployment planning across multiple sites with business stakeholders
• Support the Procurement team in managing inventory levels and identifying stock challenges
• Facilitate asset transfers and drive process improvements in supply chain operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues
• Manage customs broking and paperwork for global importing and exporting
• Oversee warehousing providers and ensure real-time inventory data accuracy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data center environments
• Proven track record of managing vendors and third-party services
• Experience in improving, streamlining, and documenting processes
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing asset transfers and process improvement in that area
