IT Leader for Go-To-Market (GTM) & Sales Application Stack

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end IT GTM and Sales application stack strategy, target architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• Define GTM capability maps and platform standards to reduce duplication and accelerate delivery.
• Lead delivery for prioritized initiatives across CRM, CPQ, partner/customer portals, and sales enablement.
• Identify and scale AI copilots and agentic workflows to improve seller and Sales Engineer productivity.
• Improve customer and partner self-service capabilities to increase digital conversion and reduce cost-to-serve.
• Manage vendor performance, release management, and cost transparency for the application portfolio.
• Partner with the Chief Sales Officer and Sales Operations to translate commercial priorities into technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise applications and digital transformation.
• Proven experience supporting Sales/GTM and customer-facing platforms.
• Extensive experience managing complex application portfolios, including CRM, quoting/CPQ, and analytics.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled capabilities such as copilots, workflow automation, or agentic solutions.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technology.
• Global leadership experience managing internal teams and external vendors.
