IT Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and ensure security compliance
• Ensure continuous compliance with regulations such as ISO 27001:2022 and ITIL
• Oversee day-to-day operations, service delivery, and SLA monitoring
• Provide strategic oversight for IT projects, change management, and disaster recovery planning
• Transform vendor relationships into strategic partnerships

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT management
• Expertise in access management, compliance, and network management
• Experience managing Broking infrastructure (Trading systems, BCP/DR, Branch networks, Exchange connectivity)
• Understanding of SEBI and RBI IT security requirements for Broking and Internet Based Trading
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001
• Proven track record of building and managing successful teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
