About the Company

Endurance is building the world's first modular subsea geothermal power plants, converting vast thermal resources under the ocean into gigawatts of baseload power. Backed by Founders Fund, Felicis, First Round Capital, and Point72 Ventures, our founding team includes veterans from SpaceX, Helion, and Robinhood.

Responsibilities

• Own end-user support, laptop and device lifecycle, and IT onboarding and offboarding
• Administer identity and access including SSO, MFA, and account provisioning across SaaS stack
• Run network infrastructure across two facilities including firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi, and VPN
• Manage the security stack, endpoint detection, and security awareness
• Manage the managed service provider relationship and transition routine work in-house
• Implement device management and access controls to support ITAR/EAR and NIST 800-171 compliance
• Support mission and field IT including satellite connectivity and vessel communications
• Own IT procurement, asset tracking, and vendor consolidation
• Evaluate and implement core business systems such as ERP

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience
• At least 2 years as the primary IT owner
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Ubiquiti, Intune, Jamf, or similar
• U.S. person status as defined under ITAR/EAR regulations
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and write technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ITAR/EAR or CMMC / NIST 800-171 environments
• Experience supporting labs, manufacturing floors, or maritime operations
• Security or network certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CCNA
