IT Inventory Logistics Technician II

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound IT shipments, confirming accuracy against purchase orders and reporting discrepancies.
• Tag, record, and maintain accurate inventory data and stock levels within the asset management system.
• Stage, image, and update laptops, mobile devices, and accessories for new hires and equipment refreshes.
• Prepare and process outbound shipments for employees, including international logistics coordination.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to support audit and compliance needs.
• Maintain organized storage and staging areas to ensure efficient hardware lifecycle management.
• Respond to logistics-related tickets and support onboarding events with hardware provisioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT logistics, warehouse operations, or hardware asset management.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and record keeping.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment safely as part of daily physical operations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in maintaining structured systems and organized workspaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with international shipping and customs processes.
• Experience managing reverse logistics programs, such as returns, repairs, or recycling.
• Knowledge of Apple hardware setup, imaging, and configuration workflows.
• Exposure to automation tools or process improvement methodologies.
