IT Inventory Logistics Technician

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and tag inbound IT shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory data and stock levels within the asset management system.
• Stage, image, and update laptops, mobile devices, and accessories for new hires and replacements.
• Prepare and process outbound shipments for new hires, replacements, and equipment returns.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure shipment records are tracked and up to date.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain organized storage and staging areas across office locations.
• Respond to logistics-related tickets and support onboarding hardware provisioning.

Requirements

• Experience in IT logistics, warehouse operations, or hardware asset management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording asset data.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment safely as part of daily operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain structured systems.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with international shipping and customs processes.
• Experience managing reverse logistics programs, such as returns, repairs, or recycling.
• Knowledge of Apple hardware setup, imaging, and configuration workflows.
• Exposure to automation tools or process improvement methodologies.
