About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to users
  • Handle IT service center incidents and office requests
  • Offer remote support via phone and service tickets
  • Use ticketing systems to prioritize and track requests
  • Document incidents and solutions rigorously
  • Resolve issues using remote control software
  • Communicate professionally with internal users

Requirements

  • Student in a DEP, AEC, or DEC program in IT support
  • Proficiency in Windows 7, 8, and 10
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy, HPSM, Maximo, C3, or equivalent)
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Availability for full-time, daytime work
