About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to users
- Manage incidents and office requests within the IT service center
- Offer remote support via phone, service tickets, and incident diagnosis
- Use a ticketing system to process, prioritize, assign, and follow up on requests
- Document incidents and solutions in a rigorous and structured manner
- Resolve issues using remote control software
- Communicate professionally with users both orally and in writing
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a DEP, AEC, or DEC in IT support
- Proficiency with Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy, HPSM, Maximo, C3, or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Availability for full-time, daytime work, Monday to Friday
