About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to users
  • Manage incidents and office requests within the IT service center
  • Offer remote support via phone, service tickets, and incident diagnosis
  • Use a ticketing system to process, prioritize, assign, and follow up on requests
  • Document incidents and solutions in a rigorous and structured manner
  • Resolve issues using remote control software
  • Communicate professionally with users both orally and in writing

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a DEP, AEC, or DEC in IT support
  • Proficiency with Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy, HPSM, Maximo, C3, or equivalent)
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Availability for full-time, daytime work, Monday to Friday
