Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to users for all types of IT problems or requests (software installation, hardware configuration, incident resolution)
• Participate in IT project monitoring and coordinate actions with different teams under the supervision of the IT Project Manager
• Contribute to the documentation of procedures, updating knowledge bases, and improving IT tools and processes
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of internal systems and applications

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or evening courses in IT (IT asset management, networking, IT support)
• Perfect mastery of French and minimum B2 level in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
• Comfortable with Windows 10 and 11 hardware and software
• Strong adaptability and ability to manage unforeseen priorities
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating actively with the team
• Organized, curious, and effective communicator
