IT Intern

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to internal users both in-person and remotely
• Assist in resolving hardware, software, and connectivity incidents under supervision
• Prepare, install, and configure computers, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals
• Support the installation and updating of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Collaborate on basic support for LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections
• Register, update, and follow up on service tickets using management tools
• Maintain accurate documentation of all handled requests
• Participate in equipment deployments and technological renewals

Requirements

• Student or graduate in IT, Systems, Networks, or a related field
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Knowledge of macOS (desirable)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Understanding of computer hardware and peripherals
• Knowledge of ticket management tools
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (antivirus, backups, and best practices)
• Availability to work onsite

Preferred Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of experience in technical support or help desk environments
• Strong organizational and proactive skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
