IT Intern

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Windows and Apple desktop and laptop environments
• Support meeting room AV system operation and resolve connectivity issues
• Assist in resolving general access, desktop application, and mobile device issues (iOS/Android)
• Take ownership of service desk tickets, ensuring timely tracking and resolution
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations and hardware
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles
• Support basic administration of user accounts, permissions, and security groups
• Collaborate with internal teams on ad-hoc IT projects and operational initiatives

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship provided)
• Graduated in 2025 or expected to graduate by April 2026
• Specialization in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, network fundamentals, and VPN connectivity
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Mississauga 5 days per week

• Proficiency in French
• Strong research and analytical skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
