IT Intern

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees and assist with IT-related questions
• Identify and develop solutions to improve the IT environment
• Support operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of systems, services, hardware, and software
• Participate in improvement work for IT systems and routines
• Work in various computer systems and contribute to projects

Requirements

• Currently studying a higher education or post-secondary program in IT
• Available for at least 12 weeks of internship
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft products such as Office 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Strong interest in IT and technology
• Curious, engaged, and willing to learn
• Service-oriented with clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with application operations, user support, or networks
• Knowledge of PRTG, Freshdesk, Veeam, VMware ESXi, or Jeeves
