About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide data analysis for customer interaction, platform operations, and user behavior data in China
- Support the optimization of process efficiency and user experience through data-driven insights
- Assist in identifying project requirements for customer interaction management and act as an interface with global tools
- Support the generation and implementation of solutions for new digital projects
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a major in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or Computer Science
- Previous internship experience in analysis, project management, digital marketing, or CRM
- Proficiency in Tableau, Python, SQL, and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 5 months
