IT Intern

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze opportunities for digital transformation within engineering and operations processes
• Support the implementation and evaluation of digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in digital transformation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative solutions
• Create and present reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Assist with network administration, including installing and maintaining network systems
• Document IT processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Shadow experienced IT professionals to gain a deeper understanding of the field

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business engineering, IT, or a related field
• Fully bilingual

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft O365
• Familiarity with digital tools such as IoT, data analytics, or automation
• Coding skills in R, Python, or SQL
• Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, and operations processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
