IT Intern

Responsibilities

• Follow up on SAP-related projects and coordinate progress with involved departments
• Participate in project meetings, information gathering, and status updates
• Assist in system testing, including debugging, validation, and functional testing
• Create and update system manuals in both English and Spanish for end users
• Support IT implementation projects through documentation, workshops, and training
• Perform basic development tasks and create reports for business units
• Learn SAP modules such as Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM)
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

Requirements

• Currently studying System Engineering or Development Engineering
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and documentation)
• Basic understanding of programming or system development
• Ability to create clear and structured documentation
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel, testing tools, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
• Proactive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
