IT Intern

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all end users to ensure they are successful, secure, and productive
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and technology issues
• Load and configure required software including office applications, email, anti-virus, and internet programs
• Maintain logs of required repairs and maintenance
• Categorize and track IT inventory stock
• Ensure security best practices are central to all decision-making and technical tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned, including lifting objects up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• Current enrollment in Information Technology studies or past experience supporting IT teams
• Familiarity with common PC and Mac hardware and software packages
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work on-site at our Clifton Park, NY office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to commit to a 12-month, part-time internship (up to 29 hours per week)
