About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategy for the IT Intellectual Services (PII) portfolio
- Lead negotiations and supplier selection in coordination with internal clients
- Renew support and maintenance contracts
- Manage daily relationships with support functions and suppliers
- Participate in supplier performance evaluation
- Contribute to the procurement community and share best practices
- Handle activity reporting including file tracking and performance declarations
- Participate in Group negotiations and implement global supplier contracts locally
Requirements
- Higher education degree, ideally in procurement
- Significant initial experience in IT Intellectual Services (P2I) procurement
- Mastery of negotiation and contracting for software and complex projects
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Rigorous, organized, and proactive mindset
- Proficiency in English
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
