About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide survey, installation, and configuration assistance for Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems
- Perform antenna and bracket assembly and installation above drop-ceilings
- Pull and terminate ethernet cables and perform fiber optic cable installation/termination
- Execute tasks in accordance with all applicable safety standards
- Work in various environments including data centers and office spaces, potentially during after-business hours
Requirements
- Prior experience with current IT installation procedures and methods
- Working knowledge of signal flow and low-voltage power systems
- Ability to climb ladders (up to 10 feet) and operate scissor lifts
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
- Willingness to travel domestically (CONUS) and internationally (OCONUS)
- High School diploma or GED
