IT Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with IT vendors regarding contract terms and conditions
• Ensure normal operation of computer and telecommunications infrastructure
• Set up computers, printers, and servers
• Process IT invoices and enter information into SAP
• Respond to employee requests and troubleshoot network, software, and hardware issues
• Monitor network traffic and order IT equipment as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and electronic equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders/stairs

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant IT experience
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Advanced degree in Information Technology or Management Science
