About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with construction teams to define MDF/IDF room requirements including layout, cooling, and power
- Design passive IT infrastructure such as structured cabling and ELV systems
- Coordinate with network engineers on network and Wi-Fi design
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure by coordinating with contractors, cabling vendors, and MEP teams
- Prepare project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules
- Monitor installation quality across cabling, ELV, networking, and MEP interfaces
- Conduct field inspections to ensure adherence to installation standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of project management in IT infrastructure, data center, or technology construction
- Strong experience in network infrastructure deployment and ELV systems
- Knowledge of server room requirements including power, cooling, and racks
- Hands-on understanding of network hardware installation
- Basic Cisco or Juniper CLI knowledge
- Experience collaborating with construction and MEP teams
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- PRINCE2 certification
- RCDD certification
- CNET certification
