IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure and application deployments
• Develop proposals and recommendations for network, software, hardware, and security needs
• Maintain network integrity, server deployment, and security
• Document network address assignments and directory service configurations
• Develop and execute technical project plans including work plans, schedules, and milestones
• Monitor project deliverables, status, and issues
• Communicate technical project information to team members, sponsors, vendors, and IT managers
• Plan and execute pre and post project implementation

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience in IT project management
• Expertise in managing infrastructure (Intel, Unix, Storage, Data Networking, Data Center Facilities)
• Expertise in LANs, WANs, network segments, and intranet systems
• Experience with formal project documentation (Project Plans, SDLC, Risk logs)
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Certification
• PMP Certification
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional
