IT Infrastructure Operations Professional

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level technical support and expertise to ensure smooth operation of IT systems at the Fontaine plant.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, networks, backup systems, and cabling.
• Support and maintain various IS applications such as O365, ERP, and PLM.
• Manage local area networks (LAN) and monitor WAN infrastructure, including coordinating with ISPs and global operation teams.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures, ensuring compliance with group cybersecurity standards.
• Manage data backups and recovery procedures for office and R&D data, including financial and engineering data.
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for IT operations and local rollouts of global IT projects.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and contingency plans.

Requirements

• University degree or Engineering School degree with an IT specialization.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure administration.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with O365 and R&D software such as Auto CAD and CATIA.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WIFI, VLAN, and IP management.
• Proficiency in English.
