IT Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor systems and network engineering teams, providing technical direction and career development.
• Own the infrastructure roadmap, including capacity planning and modernization across hybrid cloud and global networks.
• Lead the architecture, deployment, and operation of enterprise systems, including Windows, Linux, and virtualization.
• Design and build out IT infrastructure for new facilities, including network architecture and cabling.
• Partner with Security to enforce controls aligned to DoD standards like NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience with data center build-outs, hybrid cloud (AWS GovCloud/Azure), and global networking.
• Strong technical depth in Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and enterprise networking (Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto).
• Experience driving compliance with defense regulatory frameworks (NIST 800-171, DFARS, CMMC, ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in defense or aerospace industries.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or CISSP.
• Experience with Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) and SASE/SSE.
