IT Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure team, fostering a positive and accountable culture
• Oversee all infrastructure operations, service delivery, and critical incident management
• Design, review, and approve infrastructure architectures using a business-aligned approach
• Define and communicate infrastructure metrics and performance indicators
• Contribute to IT planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure design and support
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing infrastructure teams
• Expertise in Microsoft Server, VMware, Hyper-V, and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity services
• Proficiency with networking hardware including firewalls, switches, and routers (Fortinet preferred)
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as CMMC, GCC High, or FedRAMP

Preferred Qualifications

• Current IT industry certifications
• Experience in manufacturing environments and OT networking
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience employing AI tools to streamline IT operations
