IT Infrastructure Manager - MES Systems

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize a team of administrators responsible for critical MES (Manufacturing Execution System) infrastructure
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems used for industrial production and real-time monitoring
• Coordinate with the platform development team to align infrastructure with software evolution
• Oversee technical resource administration, supervision, and the full platform lifecycle
• Lead complex Level 3 incident management and participate in manager on-call rotations
• Drive technical deployments and ensure deliverables meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

• Higher education in Computer Science (e.g., Engineering degree)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role leading a team of at least 5 people
• Operational expertise in system infrastructures including MS Cluster, SQL Server AlwaysOn, LoadBalancer, and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of DevOps culture and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and proficiency with monitoring tools and dashboards
• Strong awareness of information security principles
