IT Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct functioning of the corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, operational continuity, and adequate security levels
• Coordinate activities related to server systems, virtualized environments, and infrastructural services
• Supervise the evolution of physical infrastructure, planning maintenance interventions and monitoring platform capacity
• Govern main Microsoft services, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365, ensuring correct management of identities, access, and configurations
• Monitor network infrastructure, collaborating with specialists to ensure performance and reliability
• Support technological transformation projects and migration towards cloud architectures
• Coordinate external vendors, monitoring service quality and SLA compliance
• Collaborate with various business functions to collect requirements and define priorities
• Prepare periodic reports on the status of services, projects, and main ongoing initiatives

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructures
• Knowledge of main virtualization technologies and server architectures
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365
• Networking knowledge including routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, and firewalls
• Experience in managing infrastructural projects and cloud migrations
• Experience in coordinating vendors and technical teams
• Ability to analyze infrastructural issues and direct specialists toward effective solutions
• Excellent organizational, relational, and priority management skills
