IT Infrastructure Engineer

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Solve challenging firmware and hardware issues with servers
• Manage hardware problems, workarounds, and solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert and point of escalation
• Create new processes and documentation for the IT hardware team
• Collaborate with R&D to improve hardware designs
• Coordinate with vendors on warranty replacements (RMA)
• Improve support processes and training materials

Requirements

• Knowledge of data centers and server equipment
• Deep knowledge of IT hardware and troubleshooting experience
• Advanced skills with Unix/Linux operating systems and command line
• Experience with equipment monitoring and data analysis
• High proficiency in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

• Skills in component-level electronics repair (SMD)
• Knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting
• Driving license type B
