IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize company servers, storage systems, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure
• Configure and support network devices including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and wireless networks
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, controls, and best practices
• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and software applications
• Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures
• Evaluate, implement, and support AI-powered tools to improve business productivity and automation
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and vendor management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Network Engineering
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration
• Experience with network administration (Firewall, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Switching, Routing)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or AWS
• Mandatory competency and strong interest in leveraging AI tools for automation and productivity
• Must possess valid authorization to work in Singapore
