About the role
Responsibilities
- Observe work standards for efficient IT infrastructure operation
- Ensure normal operation of computer infrastructure
- Set up computers, printers, and servers as necessary
- Maintain telecommunications infrastructure
- Respond to employee requests and inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related IT field or equivalent experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and electronics
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders/stairs
