IT Infrastructure Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer and support corporate network infrastructure through hands-on and remote operations
• Triage, respond to, and manage incidents related to IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and global connectivity
• Configure and support network hardware including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and UPS systems
• Plan and implement infrastructure projects such as firewall upgrades, device trust initiatives, and office buildouts
• Monitor network security, capacity, and stability while responding to alerts
• Document and diagram networks, systems, configurations, and changes
• Provide escalation support to the IT helpdesk and participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Administrator, Network Engineer, or Infrastructure Administrator
• Hands-on experience with enterprise switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
• Working knowledge of network security fundamentals, VPNs, authentication, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with incident response, operational support, and service request management
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting or automation workflows
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Juniper switching/wireless and Palo Alto firewalls
• Experience with SASE or cloud-based security platforms
• Experience using IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform
• Exposure to software development best practices, including GitHub Actions and version-controlled workflows
• Relevant certifications such as Network+, Security+, or JNCIA
