About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process laptop replacement queues
  • Act as first point of contact via ITSM ticketing platforms, Slack, and in-office walk-ups
  • Resolve technical difficulties regarding desktop/laptop hardware and software
  • Monitor and action ITHELP Jira queues
  • Perform software provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Manage Slack and Google Workspace administration within role constraints
  • Handle laptop imaging and setup for employees
  • Maintain office desk workspaces for peripheral testing and tech readiness

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong understanding of Apple operating systems and software applications
  • Proficiency in corporate written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work an evening shift between 3pm and 11pm
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certification or bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and helpdesk software
