- Act as the first point of contact for retail store teams requiring technical assistance
- Provide fast and effective support for point-of-sale (POS) systems and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and retail-specific software tools
- Prioritize and manage support tickets to ensure minimal disruption to in-store operations
- Ensure seamless technical performance to support the in-store customer experience
