About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to employees across the business
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Manage assigned support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with various IT projects as required
  • Work closely with users to develop effective solutions to their technical queries

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
  • General knowledge of computer hardware components
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all business levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
  • Relevant IT qualification, such as a university degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with virtualized environments
