About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to employees across the business
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Manage assigned support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with various IT projects as required
- Work closely with users to develop effective solutions to their technical queries
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- General knowledge of computer hardware components
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all business levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
- Relevant IT qualification, such as a university degree or equivalent
- Experience working with virtualized environments
