IT Helpdesk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support for break-fix work via hands-on effort or telephone
• Create, track, and escalate user work requests within the ticketing system
• Onboard new hires and manage the IT portion of the onboarding process
• Develop and implement documented processes in line with industry standards
• Handle and escalate issues to internal staff or external vendors
• Provide support for internal and external audits and penetration testers
• Automate and streamline processes using technology

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical disciplines including hardware/software desktop support
• Experience administering Azure cloud infrastructure, Microsoft O365, and SaaS applications
• Foundational network skills including cabling, racks, switching, firewalls, and wireless
• Understanding of Government IT Security requirements (CMMC, NIST 800-171, CIS)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills
• U.S. citizenship, permanent resident, or protected person status required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Background in Manufacturing, Electronic, or Aerospace industries
• Prior startup experience
• Experience with USG development and deployment programs
• Ability to hold and maintain a USG Security Clearance
