About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
- Perform local and remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- Answer help desk tickets and provide timely resolution
- Manage accounts in Active Directory, Atlassian Cloud, and Office 365
- Procure and provision I.T. equipment based on user requirements
- Record new assets and update changes in the asset management system
- Document events, problems, and resolutions in the ticketing system
Requirements
- Ability to lawfully access information subject to US export controls
- BS/BA Degree, Certification, or equivalent technical work experience
- Proficiency with computer systems and mobile devices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Office 365
