IT Help Desk Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, or in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for Mac and Windows environments
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all technical assets, including laptops, mobile devices, and network equipment
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks, specifically TP-Link Omada environments
• Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts and security settings
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems such as Hikvision
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including local servers and NAS storage solutions
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and technical support of IT assets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience
• Hands-on experience with network administration (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and VPNs)
• Experience with TP-Link Omada networking environments
• Experience with Hikvision or other surveillance systems
• Proficiency in administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both Mac OS and Windows operating systems
• Experience with local server and NAS storage setup and maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within creative or media production environments
• Knowledge of IT security best practices
• Familiarity with VOIP systems and video conferencing tools
• CCNA-level networking knowledge
