About the role
About the Company
Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor that can be transported anywhere power is needed and run for up to 5 years without refueling.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical assistance and support to in-person and remote end users
- Manage the support request software system (Jira) to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain IT inventory, including workstations and accessories
- Collaborate with other members of IT to complete user-facing projects
- Provide smooth and effective onboarding and offboarding for all employees and contractors
- Develop and maintain documentation and processes as the company scales
Requirements
- 1+ years in a help desk, IT associate, or similar industry position
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Windows devices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in a help desk or IT associate role
- Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and/or Intune
- Experience troubleshooting macOS and Linux
