Responsibilities

  • Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operations of computer systems and mobility items (phones, tablets, unmanned aircraft)
  • Provide company-wide technical support for in-house and remote employees
  • Manage user and desktop support for hardware and software
  • Oversee company applications including Smartsheet, BIM360, SPANConnect, Expensify, Citrix, Procore, and Microsoft products
  • Assist with backend-level support and user access management
  • For Level III: Assume IT Manager duties during extended absences of leadership

Requirements

  • Level II: High school graduate or equivalent with 2+ years of IT experience
  • Level III: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent with 4+ years of IT experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Windows, etc.)
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and understanding of network concepts
  • Ability and willingness to obtain CompTIA and Microsoft 365 certifications
  • Knowledge of various hardware, software, and operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to laws and regulations related to IT compliance
  • Experience with BIM360, Procore, or Citrix
