Responsibilities

• Govern area agendas to ensure project progress and status visibility
• Establish proactive relationships with managers, directors, and technical teams
• Represent the area in technical meetings independently
• Propose technical solutions using AI and automation to optimize manual processes
• Anticipate problems and present structured solutions
• Organize the area to ensure clear and centralized visibility of ongoing projects
• Provide rapid updates on project status, next steps, and justifications for delays
• Implement technical solutions to automate manual processes
• Create and operationalize an area playbook

Requirements

• Advanced use of Artificial Intelligence
• Software development background in any language
• Knowledge of tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot
• Knowledge of BACEN regulation
• Experience in regulatory environments or technical compliance
• Experience in project management and governance
• Knowledge of architecture and system integration concepts
• Strong organizational and autonomy skills
• Effective communication skills across different hierarchical levels
• Proactivity and ability to influence without authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI/LLM projects
• Ability to anticipate problems and present structured solutions
• Ability to reduce dependency on operational meetings
