About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support across office and site locations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Deliver remote and onsite support to end users, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including user setup, access provisioning, and deactivation.
- Support and guide employees in the use and adoption of AI tools and digital technologies.
- Build and maintain workflows using platforms such as SharePoint and Power Automate.
- Assist with user account management and provide basic support for ERP/CRM systems.
Requirements
- Experience in an IT support or technical role with solid hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Strong technical aptitude across end-user computing, hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities under pressure.
- Adaptable and proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
