IT Functional Specialist - IDM Purchasing

Responsibilities

• Support business users by implementing solutions within the IT IDM landscape and troubleshooting errors in purchasing tools.
• Coordinate the implementation, testing, and execution of changes related to IT IDM systems.
• Monitor application interfaces and ensure seamless integration between Coupa, SAP ECC, and SAP SRM.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
• Manage Incidents, Demands, and Changes in alignment with ITIL best practices using ServiceNow.
• Create and maintain comprehensive IT IDM documentation, including process flows, interface specifications, and user guides.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of experience operating complex, cross-regional IT systems.
• Proficiency in Coupa architecture, API usage, and integration methods (experience with Postman is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with SAP SRM (front-end/back-end) and SAP ECC purchasing transactions and master data.
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles and experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Coupa or ITIL.
• Experience with IDoc structures and external system integrations.
