IT Field Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient on-site IT support (N1 and N2 levels) for students, faculty, and staff to guarantee access to university platforms.
• Manage campus technological resources, including infrastructure inventory, software licensing, and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate the timely installation of technology in academic, collaboration, and event spaces.
• Lead and manage the IT field services team by assigning incidents, monitoring KPIs, and providing timely feedback.
• Document IT processes and provide induction for new team members.
• Drive continuous improvement by performing root-cause analysis on service incidents and implementing impactful solutions.
• Provide technical support for university events based on established priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in IT support areas.
• Strong effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage human resources and technical teams.
