IT Field Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the timely response and resolution of service requests for the campus community
• Supervise and follow up on the activities of the technological support team
• Manage and maintain updated inventories of technological equipment and assigned resources
• Ensure the correct installation and operation of equipment in classrooms, laboratories, meeting rooms, and institutional events
• Monitor service indicators and promote continuous improvement actions to increase user satisfaction
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the availability of campus technological resources

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in technological support and user service
• Experience in team coordination and leadership
• Experience in resource administration
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
