About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver premium, white-glove IT support to the Executive Leadership Team and their support staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive technology issues, ensuring rapid resolution and professional communication.
  • Provide proactive and reactive support for executive meetings, boardroom sessions, and leadership briefings.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Teams Rooms, conference room systems, and audio-visual solutions.
  • Support executive users across desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile platforms (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iPhone/iPad).
  • Manage executive travel readiness by ensuring devices and authentication methods are prepared for seamless use.
  • Maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality while operating in high-visibility environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Executive Support roles.
  • Proven experience supporting VIP stakeholders or high-visibility executive environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and mobile device support (iOS).
  • Hands-on experience with Intune, Okta Verify, and Active Directory.
  • Strong skills in audio-visual and conference room technology support.
  • Ability to work onsite in Reston, Virginia, including occasional after-hours support for events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL, or Microsoft desktop/cloud certifications.
  • Experience in premium or concierge-style technical support environments.
  • Experience providing proactive travel-readiness support for high-impact users.
