About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-touch, white-glove IT services for the company’s executive population.
- Manage and develop the IT Executive Support team, setting service standards and providing coaching.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for executive IT incidents, escalations, and rapid resolution.
- Provide proactive technical support by anticipating executive needs regarding schedules, travel, and meetings.
- Support senior leadership meetings and global executive events (e.g., Leadership Summits, Board Meetings) with presentation and AV technology.
- Maintain and manage the lifecycle of Audio Visual equipment in executive spaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including Network, Mobile, and Collaboration Services, to ensure seamless service availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing IT support to executive-level clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of expertise in presentation and meeting technologies.
- Proficiency in computer operating systems, applications, networking, and mobile devices.
- Ability to work onsite 4-5 days a week in Midland, MI.
- Ability to travel for remote events and provide flexible support as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with C-Suite stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Audio Visual control systems.
- Proficiency with collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WebEx.
- Microsoft technical certifications.
- Experience in evaluating, developing, and implementing technology strategies.
