About the role
Responsibilities
- Define architecture direction and multi-year roadmaps for complex business and technology challenges, including build-vs.-buy decisions.
- Translate business strategy into target-state architectures and actionable delivery plans for cloud, data, and AI initiatives.
- Lead solution architecture and design reviews, managing cross-domain dependencies to ensure scalable and secure delivery.
- Govern integration patterns, including API-native and event-driven architectures, to ensure reliable connectivity across enterprise platforms.
- Guide SaaS architecture and governance, managing configuration vs. customization trade-offs and vendor upgrade impacts.
- Partner with security and risk teams to ensure all solutions align with enterprise privacy, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across functions such as supply chain, finance, HR, and sales to identify capability gaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience with a track record of building roadmaps and establishing governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Snowflake, or Boomi.
- Proficiency with major cloud provider platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent modeling tools.
- Strong ability to translate complex business objectives into secure, reliable, and scalable technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading complex implementations as a technical lead or architect.
- Experience with AI/GenAI solution patterns, including RAG, agentic workflows, and model evaluation.
- Knowledge of enterprise ecosystems including SAP, Adobe, Blue Yonder, and API management platforms.
- Familiarity with responsible AI governance, including risk management and human-in-the-loop controls.
