IT Engineer, Staff

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows services
• Administer Active Directory services including user/group management, OUs, GPOs, and Domain Controllers
• Manage enterprise DNS and DHCP infrastructure
• Support file and print services, including permissions and access controls
• Perform server maintenance, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
• Administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) for software and OS deployment
• Implement Group Policy configurations aligned with security standards
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for infrastructure-related incidents
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with on-premises Microsoft infrastructure
• Active U.S. Top Secret (TS) security clearance
• U.S. citizenship required
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and core networking concepts
• Experience working within NIST, CMMC, or FedRAMP frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Azure Administrator, or Endpoint Administrator)
• Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environments
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Nutanix
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
